Bringing together entrepreneurs within enterprise digitalisation

Seven District AB has today acquired a majority share in Cloud & Compute Scandinavia AB (“C&CS”), a parent company currently holding 100% of the shares in Wincore AB. Moving forward, C&CS will be an operating holding company with an acquisitive business model, supporting group companies in operational- and business development activities.

Wincore AB, founded in 1995, has established itself in recent years as a prominent provider of digitalization, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions, recognized for their technical expertise and ability to deliver solutions to enterprise customers across Sweden. Current offering focuses on infrastructure and operations with emphasis on Big Data and Enterprise Storage.

 
C&CS will, together with Wincore, broadening the offering to serve a larger market share with increased focus on Compute, AI and Hybrid Cloud as well as software and services. By working together in a group, companies will get the same financial resources as larger competitors in order to meet growing requirements while continuing to be agile, flexible and competitive in their specific domain.
The Nordic market is growing rapidly and is today worth close to SEK 75 billion for hardware and software within identified niches. While the market demand is high, smaller players often experience bottlenecks, limiting growth and future potential. C&CS will be a group of autonomous operating companies with the ability to serve a larger market share together with a complete range of offerings.
